You fly through a big area IN kH2

In KH3 its just an arena with the enemies appearing

where in 2 the camera really drives the point of these battles be high energy and that you are speeding through a highway or something

Look at the broken highway levels

All this cool stuff going on

in 3 your ship is kind of in one position at all times

Broken highway has the best theme i'm not gonna lie.

well no the camera and way it moves makes you feel like you arent moving

at all

As in you arent travelling through space

I mean.. You do move.. that's not quite correct to say you aren't

it felt more like Space Invaders

It's more correct to say KH3 gummi isn't as dynamic or doesn't seem as fast

KH3 is an arena, KH2 is like a course that you fly through

A major feature of KH3 Gummis I like is the fact that much of it is free roam and we can fly over to missions and farm materials or take photos freely. There are even warp points if the trips are too grueling for players that have traversed the world sea already.

the best part about the Gummi ship was getting to see that crashed KH 2 boss

KH3's battles are good for bosses though

Yeah, and you could skip the big ol boss fights or stuff if you wanted to.

AS much as I like the kh2 levels in comparison, it's true.. You do move around in the gummi ship missions of kh3.. it just doesn't look like much since you're kinda just going slowly and it all looks the same

I don't think there's enough reason for me to free roam in the gummi though. I rather just select locations and be moved there.

The environment feels more open w/ wall barriers at the edges.

KH2 pretty much demanded you do the space missions if you wanted to access new worlds

With the exception of atlantica
