They were indestructible before this game

-eyes Ventus in BBS-

-eyes the gathering cutscene in KH2-

K.

what keyblade got destroyed in kh2?

aand bbs

Plus the moment they were revealed to be manmade and the fact that the ORIGINAL DIVINE KEYBLADE was broken uh...

The manmade ones are cheap imitations of course they can break.

But Ventus shattered Vanitas's heart to do that

And Ventus' breaks when he falls down the cliff in the gathering.

when he's frozen.

Just shatters against the rock.

But Keyblade s were established to be kind part of the heart

Yes.. and they can be drawn back and left behind

If that were the case, Riku wouldn't have been able to steal Sora's all the way back in KH1.

^^^^

like what, did he snatch Sora's heart? No

wasnt that keyblade specifically designed for that lol

also

But wouldn't that be because the Keyblade chose rikus heart instead?

the rulkes have changed ince kh1

No..you can just do that with any keyblade, as we've seen multiple times

they really have

they change every so often for no reason
