Okay.. So, I’m gonna get this out now... I wound have wanted to see sunset hill and the mansion’s interior, at least, for KH3.. But now that said.. Is arguing what could have been, what should have been really anything more than just a feeling? There’s not much to say it’d 100% enhance or improve the game no matter how many personal feelings you chunk at the thought..

Nomura had the idea for a N64 platformer first? Yes, big agree there. But the game Kingdom Hearts didn't start with the gameplay, it started with the plot, with the concept that was created and changed over time. If you consider the gameplay coming first even before the decision of what the game will be about, well, then I agree, then gameplay comes first.

So wider audiences know what to do, because they dumb and don’t know how play video games.

Too many characters

There's a lotta room in KH3

But when it comes to KH1, I firmly believe that the gameplay didn't order things around to that much of an extent, and that the setpieces and story progression ordered a lot of the gameplay choices around, differently from KH3 where the story feels like a slave to the gameplay to the point where pure gameplay with no story wins over story with gameplay.
