It’s really weird how many RPGs have “the power was in you all along”

he let mx and the others lure him into his sleep further and further knowing it was a trap all along

thus he lost all his powers

KH3s version of the trope is so on the nose its ridiculous

But here we are saying believing in all your heart is flimsy, when well.. Herc kinda basically says it

KH3 really isn't better than many current rpgs on the market if I had to assume

what sora needed was a proper training on using PoW but he didnt have time due to mx so he abuse it too often when warned by many others

I play RPGs but not that many that use the "power inside you" thing

from yen sid to riku to mickey and yx

Literally any that have to do with friendship and hope and all that do

hell im susprised mx didnt lecture him on it unless he did?

Also some power inside you things work, when the power inside you wasnt the sole motive for the journey up till that point

Then again, this series' meta is basically "pull it out of your ass" but instead of ass it's heart

But at least its always been tied to the hearts actual connection to others, not a power that has to be earned
