The thing about that sentencce is.. what makes x series, itself, is something that changes as a series touches on other mechanics and genres, sometimes evne new stories and plot threads

Saying "oh, it's a KH game" is missing the point because people who say it's not a KH game don't meant exactly that.

I'm pretty ure the worlds and the war are tangiably aligned with eachother..

The disney worlds dont matter and they are where all the exploration is

KH3 is adventurous, the problem is that the adventure is missing a wider purpose and a concrete goal, making it feel aimless and pointless.

You literally explore all the worlds, whether it's for the main plot isn't the point, you do explore them. And some of the worlds do* have something to do with the main plot, just not something as to what you actually wanted, which is completely fair but to say it doesn't have them is ignoring what KH3 actually *did do
