Iemzo explains to him that he defeated their nobodies. That's how he knows they were ex organization 13

And with Marly at least he mentions how he must have ran with the old crowd

Ienzo: "We didn't know that Xemnas, or rather, Xehanort - was deceiving us"
Sora: "Huh! Xemnas? "
Goofy: "Aw, he's with them"

Zexion and Sora never met face to face in COM anyway. Riku did.

Wow they never met face to face?

Funny how Ienzo says "I guess we haven't spoken since the castle", lmao he must have poor memory too

As for the Vanitas thing that Slane mentioned, I have no idea

Either an error in writing or there's some explanation I'm not aware of

Ah right so in KH3 when sora says "you were at the cathedral", how does that work? Because Ventus also speaks through him when he says "Vanitas!" and Sora is shocked by that coming from his mouth, but the cathedral thing confuses me

that.... is also an error I guess

Righhht so Sora never actually saw him in DDD but he has some recollection from Ventus seeing him, that he was there

So he saw his face then

the reason he says hasnt talked since castle they see roxas and sora as one as they also call sora roxas in that same scene

Like... That just goes back to the original point Slane made

Regardless of him knowing who Vanitas is or not, Sora saw his own face in him

So why is he surprised in 3

To see his own face

i guess he knows its Vanitas but didnt see him like aura or someshit

> In 3, there was total clarity

sorawut

Plus also

Well I'm gonna assume Sora didn't see his face

And just saw the helmet lol

And then recognises the helmet in Monstropolis

That makes the most sense

I guess we have to assume it was Ven that saw Vanitas' face in DDD then

It's the only way I can make sense of it myself

All this talk will get thrown in the shitter once Nomura unclarifies everything with "No, you got it wrong"

laughsinnomura

> If you’re in this series to make sense of it, run away now. Hahah

It never used to be like this pain

Heh yeah I don't get too caught up on the particulars any more

Yeah, lmao its not worth it anymore

DDD was the warning sign

I was just wondering if there was a solid reason or not for this

Well, none that we know of

Nomura hasn't addressed it iirc

Vanitas' voice was the funny thing anyway

He's so damn slithery in 3 haha

Haleys vanitas in BBS was better to me

he sounded a little too 'evil' in KH3 if you get what I'm saying

"ONLY WHEN YOUR HOPES HAVE BEEN BROKEN BY BATT'L UPON BATT'L, CAN THE KEY BE CLAIMED, TO KINGDOM 'EARTS"

Actually I wanted to ask everyone

What were your thoughts on the voice acting in 3 as a whole, because I thought it was mostly decent, but someone today said to me it wasn't very good and now I'm wondering if I'm hearing wrong ah
