my only problem with nomuras newer way of writing romance is that he has gone from writing like "sora, dont ever change" to "I F E E L S T R O N G W I T H Y O U K A I R I"

also the scene between Sora and Riku at the end of KH2 may be the best written segment of anything Nomura has written

even the SoRiku scenes in KH3 are very good

Like the delivery was on point in that scene too

Didn't Riku and Sora have just one SoRiku scene in KH3

they had multiple scenes

Damn, I've sure forgotten a lot already

I always felt like Soriku always seems one sided

and all of these scenes were good

Riku being badass and protecting Sora is 10/10 his character

like from a story telling standpoint Sora doesnt look like he could have feelings for Riku like that but Riku does

even though Sora was in this scene out of character imo

what I love about their friendship is, that it's a very believable friendship

it's on the same level as Sora's friendship with Donald and Goofy
