I still am very interested in why Xehanort knows what kairi wrote in her letter to sora from KH2

does he

"There is one sky, one destiny" thats what kairi wrote and what Xehanort says before the final fight

how does he know that?

What I want to know is if we have to replay Kingdom Hearts 3 to see some new things with the DLC because I'm only playing the series leading up to remind that I'm halfway thro kh2 and once i get to kh3 should I just plain or wait for remind I don't know
