tbh links being disabled in bossfights should be baseline

well he can 1 shot tangled, frozen doesn't work, marshmallow is possible, san fransokyo is the baymax fight, toy box boss only works during the second phase, monsters inc only works during the intermission

pirates doesn't work

it works on all the org fights
