There's always the chance that Nomura goes "Okay they've got what they wanted, that's it now"

One thing that is actually genuinely odd to me, is that seifer was just wiped from TT. sure you can argue that they weren't needed but the NPCs in twilight town were exactly the same as in KH2. Why? Going to so much effort to recreate those NPCs perfectly and not make seifer? Makes no sense

It's not like they just threw everything out and started from scratch

They kept the assets and worked on them

For the cutscenes they did didn't they?

Nomura commented in 2017 that Square constantly undersupplied him

For KH3's dev

I think it was like 20% was usable or something

They still have the general idea on how the scenes will look and so on based on what they worked on previously
