There are many cool things you can do

Unfortunately everything conspired against KH3 in a way or another

Nomura getting put into command of two games at once (one of them being the very small project known as FF7R), meanwhile Osaka has to develop their first HD KH game with Disney constantly pressuring them for perfection in everything they do while not letting them utilize the worlds to their full potential (rip mother Gothel fight and rip the whole existence of Arendelle) while Nomura has to continue the plot he left off with in DDD which deadlocked him into a predictable ending sequence with the ending basically spelled out to us before the game even begun.

like aqua is an anti hero and cares not what happens to sora but he keeps getting in the way then having xehanort and A-aqua fight only for xehanort to take that darkness that she has been building up for what she has done in the worlds. ALSO she messing with the keyholes just trying to firetruck with norts plans GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA firetruck nomura

It's harder to write games when you are dependent on the whole company making all the parts you want instead of you having full creative control

and FF7r will get the best care cause you cant firetruck it up you REALLY cant
