Not being able to explore the mansion even though Sora actually goes there is kinda bad tbh

I understand Nomura's sentiment of not wanting to make old areas playable, but that's just being far too extreme

I mean, to be fair

Going to the mansion was basically pointless anyway

Too bad one half of the world's physical area is destined to actually going there

Twilight Town in KH3 is just sad

Just in general

In KH2 it was hampered by technological constraints, in KH3 is was just slapped together so that the team could focus on the rest of the game

I think KH3 Twilight Town is kinda cool, but I can agree that it’s pretty small.

One of my biggest wishes was seeing KH2's Twilight Town in the full glory of the 8th Generation

And then I get 1/4th of it

And it's not even the cool parts

KH3 Twilight Town has cool things in it and it looks cool, it's just not cool as a whole

Twilight Town is disappointingly small and it's still the biggest explorable OG world in KH3 base

Well you also gotta understand the type of franchise KH is. Its almost solely one man's vision and Nomura's always looking forward. The only remakes he's done are for hard to find games for the franchise.

KH2 doesn't qualify as hard to find so a remake will never happen

tbh, I’d be more interested in a KHx remake in the KH3 engine than a KH2 remake, despite KH2 being my favorite game.
