Nomura had to have someone explain the thrown in lore. May as well be Namine

I talked to Terra so we can save your ass

Still don't know how she managed to speak to Terra

Memory travel doesn't cut it

She traversed through the chain of memories

No I'm not making it up

Anyone linked to sora, she can visit them

Namine's powers have always been a little irritatingly vague from every single angle. But that is really pushing it.

Yee I mean like she's in kairi

Went over to aqua

Then went into Terra to find out oh shit hes a suit of armor

I mean it's not like she had much else to do lol I could imagine her just dicking around and looking into stuff

I feel like when she witnessed each others bonds that would have exaggerated her feelings of "you guys only care about roxas" that she expressed

You could call her a plot device/deus ex machina by this point.

Oh I dunno I thought her memory powers made sense
They were never really clear about it but I thought you could kinda piece it together

Power of waking tho that's still way too vague

Heart guiding be may key your your

Yeah I don't think the memory powers are hard to grasp, I think they're light on details for it so it can have different uses

I don't think they're hard to grasp, I just think they lack details.

Yeah, you can form a decent explanation as to why she has the power to mess with Sora's memories, but the game doesn't give you the explanation well, if at all

That's a lot of Kingdom hearts though

Rarely get well formed explanation

And when we do it gets changed retroactively

I want to say the memories thing was never well explained because they first started off by saying that namine was a witch

but then they had her heavily connected to kairi in KH2

so they were a bit wishy washy with what kind of identity her character should have

I mean it was always implied she had a connection to kairi and sora

Though in CoM they did make it seem like her ability could change anyones memories

but thats not really the case

since shes the one that broke riku replicas

She can only really do it to ppl connected to Sora.

which is technically anyone sora met

so you know

they have to have a bond with him

that would mean the org would be fked

they have to have a bond with him

i mean thats why they forgot xion, because namine erased her from the memories of everyone to get to soras memories inside of her

well not quite

Namine could manipulate the memories a bit in regards to xion

but mostly used it to make certain ppl remember

Xion as a person stopped existing in people's memories by disappearing

The memories used in her creation were taken by Xenmas

so they arent really the orgs memories
