Ansem never moves from his position which is characteristic of his Smug and overconfident attitude

Ansem and Xemnas have displayed thebsame sort of agility in DDD but they rarely employ it in actual combat.

I hesitate to talk about the agility of Xehanort's heartless, considering it's a monumental whenever he so much as uncrosses his arms

Yeah I thought so as well. Its apparent in later fights with him like DDD that he just uses time to speed himself up and make clones. Hell it's exactly what he does in the data fight.
