oh I thought of something regarding the mysterious Darkness

the only Ven we really know in BBS is the one with 0 darkness inside him because Vanitas was removed from him

so he's all kind and stupid and wouldn't hurt anyone

but in UX, Ven still has darkness inside him

what if they were ppowerful enough to take over once in a while

and what if the Darkness that spoke to Maleficent was really Vanitas like some people said

You know what

That's the best theory I've heard in a while

 

I just want more Vanitas later on

 

but still

That would be super interesting tbh

He does say "What I am is Darkness"

Because I think Ven is the murderer, but it's impossible to convince us and the other characters to pardon him if it's the case

However if it's Vanitas that does it

When did Ventus regain his Darkness?

Well I suppose in UX, since it happens before Xehanort shenanigans he has its original one inside him like everyone

And i also suppose when Vanitas died in BBS or KG some of it returned to him

Yeah that's what I'm wondering if it's technically 3 or BBS he gets it back

maybe both

twice as much as before

maybe none at all

But even if he got them back in BBS, since he was asleep nothing could really happen

All my thought come from that I believe Ventus is the fake Union leader instead of Brain

If i'm wrong on that then I'm not sure it works

I assume there's a reason Nomura put Ventus into Ux

Rather than some new character to fill that role

I think it would be a real surprise instead of the obvious hints thrown at us

and make for interesting story in next games

Although didn't the secret reports mention that Luxu was going to have a talk with Maleficent which maybe implies he's "Darkness"?

I don't know if it implies he wants to ask her

She seems pretty clueless during the Darkness scene

Ah... that makes me realize he's not "darkness" afterall

He made it seem like another darkness is helping her

Because he mentioned another darkness appearing in a different worldline

I think he talks about what the Darkness may have told her

darkness
