The issue here is, this isn't the first time something political has been said on one of these events and it won't be the last time. Blizzard took action with the Hong Kong stuff last week and did it again now

I may not understand foreign politics but if I spent a day or two solidly studying just that I think I could easily get a good overview of it

the whole situation is just unlucky for blizz atm. ppl already hate them bc of last years blizzcon and bc they ruined WoW. And now this case where they are the bad guys regardless of what they are doing

oh and ppl hate them bc of the lay-offs

show me another time someone went political on a blizzard stream so i change my mind

Thing is its not a case of "we can't understand Chinese politics because we're not Chinese" it's a very complicated situation mostly because British colonial legacy is involved

when even blizzard employees are waking out on blizzard entertainment, it shows that the company itself is at fault for this and is simply trying to protect their "interests"

Of course, the British really are the cause of the majority of the conflicts happening across the world to this day
