They might be able to get PS3 games working physically if the PS5 installs them into the SSD and reads the game from there

But even then I still find it a very unlikely venture

Stack the amount of work they would have to put into it against the profits to be gained from simply putting those games on PSNow and you'll see what the most profitable tactic is

So yeah, as far as I can see it, the PS5 will only be retro compatible with the PS4 and that's it.

Seeing all the buzz about full backwards compatibility I hope it isn't the case

But of course Sony likes money quite a lot more than happy customers so
