They're two movies in and she still barely has a personality, they'll have to give her all the screentime they can to correct that.

Not that they will actually do anything of the sort, it's a just a possibility.

Noleen said "too much screentime", possibly referring to a view that she hogs screentime from other side characters that are also important and need to get some.

Though all screentime dedicated to other characters in TLJ was a waste anyway, so idk.
