It will probably be very expensive to rebuild...

And it will be difficult to get the craftsmanship right

they already pulled out a lot of money to get renovations

it will take ages to get more money to rebuild it

People don't have that type of skill anymore

And dangerous to be around w/o being covered (at least the face) b/c of all the soot.

I think its more that we don't really have a lot of the same materials and they probably wont be cheap
