I also think that Sora's stage would probably be something like Twilight Town or, maybe, Radiant Garden.

I think Destiny Islands would also be a good pick too.

Sora's moveset would be...pretty big I feel.

Not talking specials but more-so his smash attacks.

I could see Sakurai including the extra input for a side special like he did with Terry for a character like Sora if he feels it'd work.

Sora's final smash would probably be based on his KH2 Keyhole sealing animation or Trinity Limit with Riku and Kairi in place of Donald and Goofy.
