Pretty much. To me personally Sword and Shield are fun looking Pokemon games. But they still seem like they're pretty much the same thing as getting Sun or Moon or XY. They don't look like $60 Switch games. Which for me means I can't even justify the DLC cost.

Still unsure whether to buy it when I get the Switch

if that * was* the case, than games such as okami (a pitiful 200,000 copies) would be labeled as trash instead of the critjcally underrated masterpiece it is known as today

The original launch was handed out free to PS Plus users so I never paid for Furi
