i watched his other video on it and i kind of get what he was saying

he saying that tarzans soundtrack is great but overall the music in tarzan doesnt mesh with the animation as well as other disney movies that have characters activley sing does

this caused tarzan as a whole to become more of a forgotten film compared to other disney movies that came out before it in the previous decade

I mean sure theres less characters signing the lyrics but it doesn't detract from the plot.

I guess it's weird that they have a bunch of songs doing exposition montages

No it doesn’t, but I think he was simply trying to say the movie did worse because the characters don’t show their emotion through the songs. Without that these montages feel less coherent, his words not mine
