Yoshi P doesn't like the microtransactions as well, at least not the story skips and level boosts

the other stuff are just cosmetics and don't give you an advantage in the game

and the game has so much cosmetics that it doesn't really matter if they sell additional stuff for real money in the shop

I freaking hate this people that skip the story and then complain that they don't understand shit

It shouldn't be in the game at all imo

at least they added now new game + to the game

so people who skipped the story can experience it

because arr new game + will be released with the remake of arr

I can understand for people who don't care about story and just wanted the MMO gameplay but a big part of this game selling point is the story until I guess they make sure you have to go through it or pay to get around

it's just... the endgame of ffxiv isn't that good to justify a story skip

Like I've been doing diadem for hours straight yesterday and I'm going back tonight again all night to get more stuff just hours and hours of gathering and it's fun I guess for some reason

Knowing the rewards that lay ahead of me at the end has a big motivator
