i am so jelous of how ff14 free trial works now

back when i first started playing it was a 15 day free trial

now you get the game for free until level 35

How does the tree trail work now. I didnt start subscription until like way into 50

well heres the thing when you buy the game, you also get a free month with the purchase of the game

also the game doesnt automatically charge your card even if you start using the real game

I’ve heard Spotify or Apple Music start charging you once the free trial expires

I flat out bought the game collection. And nothing came out until the sub started

So it's all good

they do, but thats because because spotify and apple music's free trials are a full version of their apps, ff14 however is slightly limited within its free trial

so it behave more like a demo that carries over progress into the real game if you decide to buy it

Do you have to download the game again if you decide to buy it?

No, the full game simply gets installed within the version you have right now

it will take some time to install within the game tho

i currently have 4 versions of ff14

because i discovered ff14 gives you a free 30 days on all platforms if you buy a new version of the game for a seperate platform

and i first started playing back on the ps3

then got the ps4 version, then i got the pc version for free from twitch, then i got the mac version

so i basically got half a year free

the mac version has a decent amount of slow down, but its not too bad
