My issue with Nighteye is that we barely got to see him

Although his death was shocking, it was also underwhelming

I felt more bad for Mirio and him being sad than Nighteye being dead

Filler is bit of a stretch. But he was there to prepare us that death will happen in this show.

He was definitely there to set the stage for All Mights inevitable death. Though I can definitely see why you would consider him filler, to each their own.

But man on another topic MHA: Vigilantes got so good recently, its final arc is god tier. I really hope this spin off gets animated, it deserves it.

If soul eater not can get an anime I sure hope vigilantes will especially with how popular mha is
