Beyond Rex yelling I really don't see an issue but apparently all of the voice acting was done in one take I think Pyras voice actor said

I'm usually pretty tolerant of mediocre voice acting but man xenoblade 2's I just can't

if it was all done in one take then it's kinda better

I know that's lip synching isn't really done at all maybe that plays apart as well

Beyond all that, the funamental issue is that almost everyone sounds like they don't care and are trying to rush through lines

Which if done in one take, that makes sense

everytime i see a jrpg that doesnt lip sync, it makes me happy that kh does it
