It isn't, it's only available on Microsoft Windows

I've heard of Rain Meter but I never actually used it

We have something similar to rainmeter on Linux, it doesn't seem to be affecting performances that much

Even MacOS is easier to mess with than Windows nowadays lol

Windows 10 is so locked down, even installing a custom theme is a pain now

It looks nice!

Woah I didn't know animated desktops were a thing that nier one looks so cool

Wallpaper Engine is the way to go
You can find user made animated desktops and you can even schedule them to change when you want

Some even have music that'll play when you're on your desktop

Now that I know they exist, whenever I get a desktop computer, I'm gonna look into that

I'm down for anything that gives me an excuse to customize my computer

> Variety is packed with great features, yet slim and easy to use. It can use local images or automatically download wallpapers from Unsplash and other online sources, allows you to rotate them on a regular interval, and provides easy ways to separate the great images from the junk. Variety can also display wise and funny quotations or a nice digital clock on the desktop.

Meh, it's not even half of what Wallpaper Engine can do.

its a lot to do

I just want a dynamic wallpaper, like those with animated clouds, fog, water, et

oh just use wallpaper engine then

But I can’t use that pain

Lol that's how we got here. Alex is on linux (right?) Which doesn't have wallpaper engine
