hoping he builds on the previous strange themes and not make a completely new one

hope it can get good pictures with the other cameras

they also sent the ingenuity helicopter. it'll be the first flight test on mars as well as taking a few aerial photos

I don't think this one can take pictures, she said it was purely a flight test to see the difference with their emulated environment

when some random twitter dude asked if it could "do science"

she mentioned it would take a few photos but the primary function was to test flight

so basically don't expect great ones

but it'll have a few

i just want some nice picture of the horizon from the rover in color and hd

any aerial shots will be great shots so im excited either way

ye

So, my internet went to s * * * yesterday. We had recently got a new modem in the mail from our ISP b/c our connection had been problematic for a while. That P.O.S. had trouble and a technician came out to check last week. There was a splitter on the pole for some DVR service we didn't even use interfering. This fellow was a contractor for our ISP and suggested we get a new router since we weren't getting the speeds supposedly provided in our service. A new router arrived yesterday. Some setup to switch to the new router and even the wired Ethernet connection to the desktop won't would work, so tech support check into it and resent the signal. The signal went out, so we had to wait until a technician from their company arrived. He check the line on the pole and coaxial cable, which read fine on his meter. The modem still got zilch and light colors on it and the router were questionable. Thankfully, he had a spare modem in the truck. The light indicators were the correct color, but the router still wasn't working. That Ethernet cable was the one that came w/ the router but it was probably fried by that P.O.S. modem (that I called) that came in the mail. After attaching a new one, both worked and it's a bit of work getting the extender and devices up & connected again.

That sounds like a headache

I called the mailed modem out on being problematic. It was really fortunate he had a spare modem to swap in in his truck.
