I think heard someone at work said the samething, they said this was one has become one of their favorite ones right behind the Tim Burton films

people called it their the dark knight movie (nolan's version)

saying its as good as the dark knight

The Nolan movies are good movies but I always felt they weren't the best Batman ones

This one pretty much is that while also being a damn good Batman story

I personally think that the villains kinda did a lot of heavy lifting in those movies. Batman himself I never found interesting but that's just me.

I mean aside from just watching Dark Knight because of Heath Ledgers performance, but never really had it in myself to watch everything else. The last one I actually watched thoroughly was Batman and Robin in theaters, I was like 11 years old at the time. I might give the Matt Reeves one a shot though when it drops on HBO in the following months

All WB movies this year that hit theaters will be there for 45 days then going to HBO Max
