Eh they didn’t deserve you anyway

I am deeply sorry to hear this. Did they say why ?

They just sent the usual automated message that every company sends when you get rejected lol

It sucks that they never want to actually explain why but it is what it is

Too many applicants to deal with I suppose

Yeah, no one explains why anymore. Best to just cut your losses and move on.

Yeah haha

Unfortunately I'm used to being rejected by companies lmfao

It's happened millions of times for the past 4 and a half years

Look at it this way. You risked nothing by trying other than your time.

Yeah that's true!

And that's if they truly had intentions of hiring or it was just to save face. Many listings are just for/limited to internal applicants that already work for the company and want a better position only.

It's a good look for some to list an opening, even if it's being filled or there is no intention of hiring and a certain number of interviews will be done to give HR something else to report on.

I hate it when companies do that 😡
Like why can't they at least give every applicant a trial period so they can pick the best candidates?
I mean, yeah it would be time consuming for the company but still 🤷🏻‍♀️

thing is if they did that and the trial candidates worked in teams with the other employees it‘d be a bother for the employees too because they‘d have to use their own time ressourcen to explain the same things over and over and it would just prolong the whole process when you could have already been focusing on teaching one person the ways of the company more in depth

Exactly. The logic behind modern hiring processes is that companies want an employee who already knows what he’s doing.

Nothing is inherently wrong with that. However, it is leading to some very unreasonable hiring requirements.

Like you can’t reasonably expect over two years experience for an entry level position and yet…

Once again we run into the issue of companies being impatient.

“IF I CAN’T MAKE ALL THE MONEY EVER RIGHT NOW THEN I’LL NOT GOING TO BOTHER MAKING ANY 😤

Gonna ship my PS5 today.

Oof yeah now that u mention it that does make sense 😔

It's like where are you going to get the experience?

Plus, employers are less willing to train a person.

Like you have to make sure they do the processes to YOUR company standards anyway b/c the other methods may not align as if one is tainted by another company.

Just a screen grab I did, Pete should dress up like Snow White more often, it suits him.

Why are there always flags ?
It is literally the most boring thing to do and totally uninspiring.
