What I actually like so far about Bfa's story is that you can make choices but sadly in the end they probably won't matter. also (be careful 8.2 spoilers)

the whole "plottwist" that azshara is stealing our azerite and necklace to free nzoth is so predictable

Lol it really is

And the choices are all horde

i hope thrall's return means that chris metzen is coming back

and helps the writing team

wotlk and legion writing were good

i dont massively follow stories in mmos

i only brefly know wow story

also i skipped everything in FF!4

Pretty much for me, I like the lore but the story serving it sucks

i wanted to get to max as soon as possible

but i the end

it diodnt even matter

whats the latest ff14 raid

speakign of raids

FF14 raids are so dumb

its just 1 boss

um.. they're multiple bosses tho, whatchu even talkin about

There's the bosses prior, and then you face the boss at the end

isnt it just boss after boss though?

like you dont actually explore a raid envitonment right>?

.. you do, who told you that you don't? This changes by raid to raid

like ill agree with that coil of bahumut was a great raid and alexander had some of that style too omega barely had anything but 1 boss per instance

arent alliance raids and normal raids different?

Alliance raids and normal raids are all often different, yes

24 man, normal, savage, ultimate those are the raids

I come back to FFXIV talk ah noice

ultimate is basically like 5 bosses in one

What Kye said, basically

And usually you traverse an environment to get to these bosses

And you have to position yourselves, at times, since what one group does can affect your group, and so on and so forth

I don't recall which raid it was, but there's one where you need at least... 1-2 people standing on something? preferrably the ranged party members

And then everyone else fights the group of bosses

then you move on from that, and there'll be another encounter, eventually

is there trash mobs?

raids without trash are actually good raids

i feel like my MMO playstyle would get me kicked from 99% of FF14 groups

killing trash is annoying and dumb timesink
