Yeah true but honestly it will mostly be international european students paying that amount. Cause most Irish students cant afford that. Its such a disguise to go 'theres a great boom in student accommodation' when most of it is overpriced

Sorry ? Im just looking at places for next semester and theres just a lot of places looking for people to move in this month or next month which I cant really do because of work and stuff. The only places that are really available atm starting near the time I need are the specifically made student apartments.

Maybe you could "move in" to a cheaper place and then actually move in when you can? You'd have that month or so of rent where you won't be there but that's probably not as costly as the new student housing

Well my plan is probably going to be digs since its the cheapest rent wise. If I can find like a room in an apartment thats cheap enough even better. My fall back is my uncle but I doubt I can live there for more than a month and I dont know if my sanity will last that long anyways because he aint my favourite one.

From there i can focus on finding somewhere in the meantime
