I mean.. you joke about that but.. there's a reason why services like Gamefly aren't dead yet

It's about convenience, I do get that

though in that case, it's not reliant on internet anyway so there's that

its not convient to lock stuff behind monthly subscriptions that youre going to take away from me when the month ends

But buying games just seems like a better idea than paying for a monthly subscription

Go to a game store (whichever you want idk) and you take a game, pay the cost, and you get to keep it for as long as you want

No monthly subscriptions

Though, ig ues the thing about gamefly is, that ther'es no rush to return the game, but you are capped at 2 games per month

It's different from a series where you need to buy multiple CDs and wait for seasons to air (which is where Netflix shines)

Also I can't believe I just said CDs instead of DVDs

That's kinda enough for people, 2 games per month... lol

But also I rather not have a subscription service become the norm and then have games releasing in segments like the chapters of Life is Strange or something. I dont have the patience for that carry on

Though i dunno if I'd want everything to be that, suppose

games like civlisation, will be fine on stadia
