In SoulSilver, Daisy will groom a Pokémon once per day, from 15:00 to 16:00, and I need to do it 5 times to get Blue's phone number

However, it's 15:35 right now, and she won't groom any of my Pokémon

She just keeps saying "I always have tea around this time. Come join me."

Any idea as to what's going on?

@Le Weed, it has to be the same Pokémon w/ max happiness and they must be in the front of your party. Adjusting your system clock or attempting it on another system will throw it off via the cheat block.
