as long as every cutscene isnt just the same 5 characters stood in 1 place doing emotes every now and then ill be more interested

I think you should also really play the whole story of ffxiv, bc a lot of the scenes are about your personal connections to the characters. it's basically like kh

its an mmo what do you expect

if im taken out of gameplay, i expect high quality cutscenes tbh

It aint going to be next gen lighting and animations

i think the biggest problem about the cutscenes was that they weren't voiced

but since stormblood almost everything is voiced

that annoyed me so much

which makes the cutscenes way better

also i dont think ff14 gets enough high quality cutscenes

raid stories in ffxiv are most times worser than the msq, bc the devs don't want that you have to play the raids for the story. it's mostly just the bosses
