Damn I hope he doesn't see that out of context

I preheated the pan a bit much, even w/ simmer, and there was water on the lid I had the burger I wanted to reheat, so it went into the pan as well and caused crackling. I got hit only a bit, though, and quickly took it off the burner and into the sink.
