They have Olympic competitors in their late teens and they start to be less interesting once they're in their twenties for some sports like aerobics, acrobatics, and gymnastics.

I guess swimming can be an exception for continuance.

And there were those two girls in the diving team for....eh if I get this country wrong it will sound bad , but they were like 13 and 14 and got the highest marks in the world championships and I think they going to the olympics

Tbh nothing I'm doing really is too old for me to do but it always feels like I should I gave gotten somewhere by now

Probably b/c the generations before us that were our parents or grandparents had simpler situations for financial stability w/ more stable housing (which many of them wrecked for those to follow) and pressure for them to be able to already start their careers and families in their early twenties.
