"Nah, we should make it have a firetruckton of health, be immune to 95% of the players attacks, have no exploitable weaknesses which would prevent the player from unleashing an all out attack, and giving it an extremely powerful electric attack that Yukari is weak to, meaning that it gets to do another attack and completely wipe out the party, meanwhile making the player have extremely limited personas, no time at all to develop a social link with the chariot variety, and be unable to grind because they get tired just by normally traversing the floors, and having really limited equipment, in addition to having to do it by the 7th of May because they need to get this special item at the top floor to fulfill Elizabeth's request.

I thought I was an epic gamer, but I guess not. I am seriously considering restarting the game and playing it on easy, because I had no idea it was so terrible. This is not how you do a difficult boss, this is how you do a badly designed one*. Making the boss immune to 95% of your attacks and have no weakness when you fight at level 6 in the very first block is *bad game design.

@Estoria#4001 You should try some of the superbosses or Megami Tensei bosses where a lot of the fights are super rng based or require a certain series of moves to be performed continuously to actually survive the fight.

They kind of realised that the best way to make turn based hard is to make it so that you either have to pray something wont hit you or you have to do a huge amount of set up and use enemy ai manipulation or it's an instant KO atk

Makes sense to me. I got extremely lucky when it came to that stupid chariot boss on floor 14, and even then I only won because I applied the defense down debuff.
