The logic is, Dark Riku is the baby of the Rikus. His growth spurt comes later.

Riku Replica’s heart was in the Realm of Darkness so he aged very little, if at all. Dark Riku has existed for a very short period of time. In other words, the two of them should be roughly the same age.

Aqua was in the RoD for over 10 years and look how little she aged. Replica Riku was there not even 2 years so for him it was probably nothing.

I think Wyn's logic is;

What if the replicas do age. In our AU, based around that time period, its been a year and he looks like kh days riku.

Idk about Vanitas, but if he is around the same height as Sora canonically is, he's be around 5'2".

Dark Riku would be around the same height as kh1 riku.

Since Repliku has existed more than Dark Riku, that's the only thing i can think about

The only reason why Dark Riku is shorter than Repliku is because the shoes he's wearing
