What does he do to make that happen

Vexen has the ability to boost your Base Defense and PSM defense, but the part that makes him broken is that he also reduces enemy attacks and psm attack.

Meaning only an enemy that resets it strength every turn can actually beat the Vexen medals power

Yeah but doesn’t something like namine also debuff enemies while buffing you?

basically, namine makes you do more damage, vexen makes you take less

So he buffs normal and all attribute defense, and nerfs all enemy strength and attribute weaknesses?
