Interesting that it took them till Wreck it Ralph to add enemies with gimmicks such as 10% damage reflected for using peer medals or dark medal absorption

It's also funny how we went from level 700 quests to 1200 cause most if not all medals in the current meta are so powerful

Not that having a stellar build matters for story quests, just be able to survive

Thankfully Fairy Stars is still my favorite blade and still works well

Some other medals change attributes or work as buffers while restoring gauges so you can get past the reflect issues.

Typically, if the initial buffer is not in a booster slot, it might only do 1 damage anyway, so there's not that much reflect to worry about.
