I'm not in favor of professional help for every little thing
People lack introspection. Take a look at yourself and see where you are, look at yourself from a different angle. Put yourself in somebody else's shoes as they watch over you.
Realize your own loneliness or desperation and accept it and move on from it, or you can find a counselor then if you deem it necessary
