A lot of fan artists sell fan made stuff. I think it depends if their designs are original enough

i have no idea how to equip potions in bbs

Like with other commands, items are commands that you should be able to equip to your deck if you have them

Don't listen to Goldy, what you need to do is go to your save file, press each shoulder button 3 times and then delete your save. It will be immediately restored with the ability to equip potions
