There's a reason why Disney was always super up front about how "Yeah man we want/are cool with Sora in Smash" cause 1. they were and 2. they knew they'd get blamed for it lmao

To my best understanding, even though Kingdom Hearts original characters are* Disney characters- Square basically wanted them for themslevs in a merchandise sense. That's why when Disney puts out any Disney merchandise, if you notice, like for figures and stuff, they *just say Disney.

They can do that cause they are* their characters- they need Nomura's permission, of course, but Square- even tho Sora shows up in some of *their games, the only game Sora or anyone from KH ever showed up in was an Emoji match-up game : / oh well lol

I'm sure after KH4 comes out and Square sees how much sales they're making (I'm sure it's gonna be a lot more than KH3), things will change

They do fun pre-release events in the Tokyo Disney Hotels but they don't do anything here (Minus the Mickey, Donald and Goofy KH mascots)? Things will change

Mm I'm unsure about that tbh. KH3 sold 5 million and that game is incredibly divisive.

Massive cliff hanger or not I'm sure there's a lot of people who are done with Kingdom Hearts.

I do hope for this tho. The fact they occasionally bring out the KH M, D, and G garbs gives me hope.

KH3 was just a warmup. If anything, it shows KH is viable in a very competitive market. It wasn’t before so this makes all the difference.

It’s getting to the point that KH isn’t too much of a risk anymore. And we all know how Disney feels about risk.

I just thought of something; when was Isa/Saïx norted? Cause we know him as a Somebody has blue eyes but in KH2 and Days, he already has the norted golden-yellow eyes. I do know Isa would have been Ansem's apprentice while apprentice Xehanort was around but when would he have been Norted? Also if he were to be norted at that time, why didn't Lea get norted early on? Maybe I missed something but I literally just realized that

Rikus story was boring

think most of the places you visited were just empty

wasn't until like halfway through the CoM run with Riku that it starts becoming good

It's still disappointing that square didn't updated the ps4 versions of kh 1.5 + 2.5 and kh 2.8 to have the same features as on xbox.
Or that there isn't a next gen enhancement patch available for ps5 yet though.

Nothing too big.
But faster loading time, faster text and some more little minor improvements.
