Yeah I’m pretty sure the announcement that we got awhile ago was something along the lines of “things will be a bit more quiet this year, don’t expect any new releases and look forward to 2022” basically

honestly, considering the amount of games that I'm looking forward to, it's fine

I've never looked forward to more than 1 game per year, but this year I'm getting 3

A habit you should really get out of. Not only does KH not allow this crap on higher difficulties but having the restraint not to mash x makes the combat ten times more fun. Remember, magic is your friend.
