Regarding the pacing, though it's pretty normal as adapting a long videogame into a 1-3 hour long movie is pretty hard

Also what do you think of the idea of added in musical numbers in Halloweentown and Hollow Bastion?

A couple of scenes in worlds outside of destiny island, traverse town or hollow bastion would be pretty cool, but there needs to be the sweet spot between giving them enough time while also not dragging on

Musical scenes are part of what makes disney movies famous so i can see them

Like there would be two musical numbers in this, one in Halloweentown with a reprise and one in Hollow Bastion which would be a solo song sung by Sora

For a film to be classed as a musical, it would need more than three songs

Also have most of the voice cast (as of Melody of Memory) reprise but for characters that have had new voice actors, replace them with that, for example, Cloud could be voiced by Cody Christian who voices him in the remake of his own game

Ansem would also need a new voice actor too

And the Queen of Hearts

It would also be the first in a long time that Mickey, Donald and Goofy would have theatrical appearances, Mickey’s last one was Get a Horse in 2013, Donald’s was Fantasia 2000 in 2000 and Goofy’s was A Goofy Movie in 1995

As well as Minnie and Daisy as well

Xehanort would also appear in the prologue as well

And Vanitas

Although the prologue would mainly focus on the Wayfinder trio’s first encounters with Sora and Riku as the Destiny trio forms

I'd stick to bbs trio and roxas cameos for now, maybe in the 2nd one i would add an MX cameo

For feature length, at least there's twice upon a Christmas from 2004
