Nah she has the most personality in that one cutscene in Traverse Town

Really, KH1 is where Kairi was at her best

And she was in a coma for most of it

She was sassy and playful, but also had a sweet and sentimental side. She wants to explore new worlds, but also fears change and doesn't want to lose her friends. By the end of the game she accepts that Sora and her will never be truely apart and this is what allows her to trust Sora's promise that he'll return to her
