What's the best place to farm for Orichalcum?

Anyone know if the asteroids have a respawn? I'm currently farming for Orichalcum in Eclipse.

I think they do but you might have to leave the area and come back

Orichalcum and Orichalcum+ have been the two materials that were like my mortal enemy in KH 🤣

I know that orich + comes from very specific sources
