But imo there's nothing to distinguish between a console game and PC game

If a game is on console there's no reason it shouldn't be on PC

Some games lowkey feel weird being on PC for me(Esp if trying emulation)

Emulation is only there because those games didn't go to PC anyway tho

Since you can plug a controller into PC, there's no difference to me by that point
