OK I beat the second flame core fight with all of the codes active. This is still hell though.

At least you still technically have some magic you just have to use it liberally or your MP vanishes anyway.

OK I will say that using these codes is definitely good for basic combat skills given that it takes away literally all of your options.

Or most of them anyway. Forces you to use what little you have left.
